Rocker Johnny Rivers Honored by City Council

The Los Angeles City Council honored Johnny Rivers on Friday for being one of the first to bring rock ‘n’ roll to the City of Angels 50 years ago and for his support of New Horizons – a North Hills nonprofit organization which helps adults with developmental disabilities.
